The context

Your everyday work creates valuable context

A finished project shows the outcome. The conversations, decisions, revisions, and records behind it show how the work happened.

That context can be useful for training and evaluating AI systems. Your business may already hold years of it.

Email and internal chat

Discussions, decisions, and problem-solving.

Documents and files

Procedures, reports, proposals, and working drafts.

CRM records

Sales activity and customer relationship workflows.

Accounting systems

Records of financial operations and business processes.

Technical projects

Engineering files, CAD work, and project documentation.

Buyer interest depends on the material, its history, and the permissions covering its use.

Check My Company’s Fit

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us about your business

Share your industry, team size, operating history, and the systems you use. Start with a description of your records, rather than uploading their contents.

  2. 02

    We assess the opportunity

We compare your company with current buyer requirements and identify the information needed for a potential introduction.

  3. 03

    Review buyer interest and terms

If there’s a fit, we help coordinate the next steps. Any proposed deal should clearly identify the material, permitted uses, payment terms, and handling requirements.

  4. 04

    Decide whether to proceed

You review the proposed agreement and decide whether to move forward. Any transfer follows the agreed process.

Before you share

Understand the opportunity before sharing your records

An initial conversation should help you understand whether there’s a potential fit.

You don’t need to send confidential files to make that first assessment. We begin with company information and a description of the records you hold.

Before any later sharing, the relevant permissions, evaluation scope, and handling process need to be established.

FAQ

Questions business owners ask

Are you buying my company?

Hyperdrive Data focuses on opportunities involving business data. You can explore those opportunities while continuing to operate your business.

Do you buy the data directly?

We act as a broker, helping businesses assess fit and connect with buyers. The buyer’s proposed agreement sets the transaction terms.

Am I selling my data or licensing it?

That depends on the opportunity. A licensing agreement grants specified rights to use the material. Review each proposal for its scope, duration, exclusivity, and permitted uses.

What could my data be worth?

There’s no standard price. Buyer demand, depth of history, completeness, usefulness, and rights all affect an evaluation. An assessment doesn’t guarantee an offer.

Can I submit customer or employee information?

Don’t include personal information or confidential records in the initial inquiry. Any later evaluation must address the permissions and restrictions that apply to the proposed material.

What if my company is closing?

We welcome inquiries from businesses that are winding down, have closed, or whose founders are retiring. Tell us what records remain available and who is authorized to discuss them.
